Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar (OTR):

  • Manages students' academic records, degrees, verification, and transcripts
  • Supports academic policy implementation and leverages centralized systems to provide streamlined service to students, staff, and faculty
  • Oversees and implements Universitywide technology systems related to academic records, enrollment, and classroom scheduling for the Morris campus
  • Provides support and services to the Morris campus in the areas of student-related communication; academic records imaging, retrieval, and research; academic policy and procedures; and privacy and security
  • Contributes expertise in the areas of registration and student records as a Morris One Stop Student Services partner
  • Supports course scheduling
  • Manages classroom scheduling on the Morris campus
